POST PROM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposits |
- Free Spirit requires a deposit from Charterer at the time of reservation for Charter Date and Time.
- Free Spirit requires a 50% deposit to be due 10 days after the date of invoice.

| Policies |
- Customize your cruise and the non-alcoholic bar charges are based on a per person hourly rate. Final payment is due 10 days prior to Charter Date, at which time all numbers of guests must be guaranteed. If at this time the number of guests has increased, a fee will be incurred; however, there will be no refunds in the event of a decreased number of guests.
- The all-inclusive Post Prom Cruise package: 2 hour cruise, soda & snacks included for $50 per person. You choose the time. There is a 25 person minimium with this package. Final payment is due 10 days prior to Charter Date, at which time all numbers of guests must be guaranteed. If at this time the number of guests has increased, a fee will be incurred; however, there will be no refunds in the event of a decreased number of guests.
- The Charterer and no guest of Charterer will be permitted to bring aboard liquor on the yacht; no liquor will be consumed on board.

| General Information |
- It will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer group representative to control boarding and disembarking. Boarding by Charterer guests will begin 15 minutes prior to departure unless other arrangements have been approved by Free Spirit. Disembarking will be no later than the time stated on the invoice. ANY ADDITIONAL TIME WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE TO CHARTERER.
- Cancellation Policy: The deposit and any payments of balance will be forfeited should the client for any reason, decide to cancel the charter. Weather condition options will be determined by the sole discretion of Free Spirit Yacht Cruises, Inc.
- The Charterer has the obligation to control the activities of all his or her guests. In the event of any inappropriate or illegal behavior by the Charterer or guest(s), the captain has the right to terminate the charter. Any illegal drugs, including marijuana discovered on board the vessel will be just cause for notice to the proper authorities and immediate termination of charter. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS BE PERMITTED, FOR CANCELLATIONS OR OTHERWISE.
- Damages sustained to a vessel caused by Charterer, Charterer's guests or employees beyond normal wear are the sole responsibility of the Charterer and will be charged accordingly to the Charterer.
- If any dispute arises between Free Spirit & Charterer, Free Spirit will be entitled to reimbursement of attorneys' fees.
